El estudio fue seleccionado para adecuar las concesionarias de Centro Motor Toyota, a los nuevos estándares que establece el manual de marca.
Varias áreas fueron reformadas para adecuarlas a los layout que la marca establecía, modificando no solo la manera en como se atiende al cliente, sino también a sectores de Back de los vendedores y personal administrativo.
También las zonas de recepción y espera se vieron intervenidos, donde el estudio redefinio materialidades, circulaciones, sectores públicos y privados, etc. Proponiendo equipamiento especifico y a medida, incorporando materiales acusticos en revestimientos, y aportando a cada area de nueva iluminacion, respondiendo a requerimientos funcionales y jerarquizando sectores a travez de la misma.
Our studio was selected to adapt the Centro Motor Toyota dealerships to the new standards established by the brand’s global manual.
Several areas were renovated to align with the layouts mandated by the brand, modifying not only the customer service experience but also the back-office sectors for the sales team and administrative staff.
The reception and waiting areas were also part of the intervention. The studio redefined material palettes, circulation paths, and the distinction between public and private sectors. We proposed specific, custom-made furniture and incorporated acoustic cladding to enhance environmental quality.
Each area was equipped with new lighting systems designed to meet functional requirements while establishing a hierarchy among the different sectors. Through strategic lighting design, the project emphasizes key touchpoints within the showroom, ensuring a high-end atmosphere.
The intervention successfully integrates the brand’s rigorous requirements with architectural solutions that prioritize flow, comfort, and a premium customer journey.
